This 1500 watt power star W7 inverter charger is a combination of a 12V dc power inverter, 40 amp battery charger and AC auto-transfer switch into one complete system.
The 1500 watt PSW7 inverter is the most advanced and compact PSW7 inverter chargers in the market today. It is 40% smaller and 30% lighter than the traditional bulky & lossy Power Star inverters offered by other Chinese inverter factories. Its ultra compact size makes installation into small compartments possible such as traffic light controller cabinet or under car seat.
While the other Chinese power star inverter factories are trying to cut each other’s throat by cutting the price, little has been changed on those models. You rarely know that those are built with idle consumption of 30 watts (or higher), and efficiency around 75% (or even lower). Our upgraded 1000 watt power star inverter comes with a peak DC and AC conversion efficiency of 85% and a 13 watt idle by adopting better power modules and transformer.
This high efficiency 1000 watt power star W7 inverter charger converts 12 Volts DC to 1500 Watts of pure sine-wave AC power at 230 Volts 50 Hz.
Features of the power star inverter include detachable AC power input cable, built-in power outlet, overload protection, low battery alarm / shut down, low idle power draw of less than 0.6 Amps.
230Vac AC power is available from the two universal outlets on box. And the universal outlets can be changed to other specific outlet for your market.
It features power factor corrected, sophisticated multi-stage charging and pure sine wave output with unprecedentedly high surge capability to meet demanding power needs of inductive loads without endangering the equipment. Its output voltage is set at 230Vac by default, while it can also be calibrated to 220Vac or 240Vac for your market demands.
The AC/Battery priority and auto generator start functionality make the power star inverter suitable to work in either backup power or renewable energy applications.
When customized to Battery priority mode via a DIP switch, the PSW7 series 1KW inverter will extract maximum power from external sources and renewable energy systems, with only minimal battery cycles being required.
The overloads capacity is 300% for up to 20 seconds.
In AC priority mode, when utility AC power cuts off, the transfer relay is de-energized and the load is automatically transferred to the inverter output. Once the qualified AC utility is restored, the relay is energized and the load is automatically transferred to AC utility.
When switching to battery priority mode via the DIP switch, the Power Star inverter will extract power from external power sources in renewable energy systems and a minimal cycle of the battery will be required. With the availability of the auto generator start, an electrical generator can be integrated into the system as a backup and started when the battery voltage goes low.
